ServicesA complete serviceWe offer a whole range of services, from the solution of one-off problems to management of your whole project. This would mean from the initial meeting, all the way through to the pre-production sample and onto sourcing a large scale production, if that is appropriate. This would be done with involving you to the degree you would wish. Some clients just want to see the results by the date that they have been promised, while others want a more hands on involvement. Our newer customers tend to be the latter.
Project ManagementThe complexity of the job and the requirements of the client would be established at an initial meeting to discuss the project; this meeting is always free within the U.K. A Confidentiality Agreement would also be signed at this stage. Suggestions, costs and a time-scale for the project would be fed back to the client and the amount of involvement required by the client would dictate how often a report would be sent and how often face-to-face meetings would take place. Once the project was underway, we would design a system, produce pre-production samples for the client and, once approved, produce small batches for field trials (if required). We would then obtain prices for small or large batch production. Our aim is always to take advantage of new technologies, but also to improve systems with the smallest amount of change, rather than have a system become obsolete. Clients can be involved with their projects to a lesser or greater degree, according to personal preference; some clients simply wish to see the results by the date they have been promised, whilst others want a more hands-on involvement. Client Problem SolvingClients often have a specific problem in either an established system or in one that they are developing. Draggon Electronics can offer help with such difficulties and also work with other suppliers to the benefit of the client. This type of work may only involve us for a day, but can be vital to a client’s progress.
Bespoke SolutionsSome people think that this is a very expensive option. This need not be the case, as we can often use 'off-the-shelf' items in innovative ways. Clients would be quoted costs and timescales. A One-Person Contact PointIt is frustrating to have to speak to many different people when dealing with companies. It can also lead to wrong assumptions and mistakes. We will nominate a specific person and they will always deal with you. If they do not know the answer to your query, they will find the answer and report back to you. ConfidentialityThis, to us is the most important part of our relationship with our clients. We would normally ask you to send us your confidentiality agreement to us for us to sign at our first meeting. |
