This installation was designed, built and installed by us for a customer in the Dairy industry.

LED Display

The photo demonstrates a project we managed which used large, highly visible LEDs to replicate the features of a bed hand-set. This was displayed in the client’s bed showroom, thus demonstrating the unique aspects of this particular bed.

Programmable PCB control box

A programmable pcb control box was designed for the motion furniture market, to control the amount of strain a bed or chair can take. Although a manufacturer sets limits on weight – a chair designed to take 100 kilogrammes, for example, which would cut out if overloaded – the limit could also be easily reset. Our box will log all overloads, which has proved very useful with regards to issues with guarantees.

We have designed a programmable pcb control box for the motion furniture market, to control the amount of strain a bed or chair could take.

The manufactures would set the limits, ie A chair designed to take 100kg. can be programmed to cut out if it is over loaded, but also be easily reset. It will log all overloads which can be useful for guarantee problems.

The control can also be used to change handset settings and can control more than one motor. It also has an anti - entrapment strip function.
